Patients‘ Safety, which has become one oft he hot issues in the field of health care system was the main subject at the conference in Oman in January 2011. The meeting was held in Muscat at Sultan Qaboos University Hospital. Objectives of the conference were: to highlight the roles of patients as partners in improving the safety of their health care delivery, to highlight the roles of media and legal sector in improving patient safety, to highlight the roles of media and legal sector as partners in health care delivery, to update the knowledge of health care workers on latest safety issues.
Very important international speakers were presented all information about patuent empowerment, media and legal regulations. Target audience on this meeting: health care professionals, health care managers, lawyers and judges, medical, nursing allied health care students.
